Standardised forms, known as ILEP Questionnaires, have been prepared to collect data on all activities supported by Members. ILEP Questionnaires have promoted the collection of essential data and helped projects to focus on essential indicators, as recommended by the ILEP Technical Commission. Yearly compilations are prepared and distributed to Members and partners, thus allowing transparency in grant giving, the identification of global trends and gaps in support.

The questionnaires are provided here in Excel or Adobe pdf format. These can be printed and completed manually or the Excel sheets can be downloaded and then completed.

ILEP Project Profile

This questionnaire provides a basic overview of the project. It gives an idea of the scope of the activities, whether they are country-wide or whether the project is focused on a local area. It also reports on the type of activities undertaken.

ILEP Annual Project Report

This questionnaire provides the ILEP Secretariat with data concerning the activities which have been conducted during the reporting year. Not all activities will be relevant to all projects completing the questionnaire and projects should ignore those questions which are not applicable to them.

Together with the Project Profile questionnaires, the information on these is used by the ILEP Secretariat to produce an annual report of ILEP Members' activities.
